I recently had a great friend who was getting married and I wanted to contribute in some way so I decided to make favors for her wedding shower. This was my first custom order from the scent and color of the soap to the way it was wrapped. The bride was amazing and let me get creative and add my own touch!
She decided on grapefruit soap with dark pink and white coloring and rose petals on top. The wrapping was pink with a custom label made by a fellow designer Breanne Bumanlag, owner of Japer and Peg, and was finished with a twine bow.
I have been on the hunt for a natural essential oil that smells like clean laundry and fresh. I finally found it and it is clary sage! This soap smells so amazing and I used all natural light colorants. I have begun using piping designs on the top of soap and it is so pretty and fun!
I decided to begin using charcoal in some of my soap because of the beneficial properties. Charcoal is known to extract dirt and oil from your skin pores. I made this lavender cold process soap soap that is half charcoal.
